Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or text.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on USPS or other carriers, especially during peak seasons or due to weather-related delays.
Order Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure that your order details are correct before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is in the custody of USPS (or the selected carrier), we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number and file a missing mail claim. You may also open a case with your local post office or file a mail theft report if necessary.
Delayed Packages
We understand how frustrating delays can be. Unfortunately, delays that occur within USPS or the shipping carrier’s network are beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking number regularly and contacting USPS directly for updates.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments include insurance. If your package is officially declared lost by USPS, you can file a claim using your tracking information. We are happy to assist you with this process if needed.
